This is an English translation for convenience. If it differs from the Russian version, the Russian version prevails.
1. General provisions
1.1. This User Agreement (the “Agreement”) governs the use of the Spide music service (the “Service”): the Spide app for Android, the spidemusic.com website and the paid Spide Premium features. The Service is provided by the Spide administration (the “Administration”).
1.2. By using the Service, including installing the app, creating an account, paying for Premium or accessing its features, the User confirms that they have read this Agreement and accept it in full.
1.3. If the User does not agree with this Agreement, they must stop using the Service.
1.4. This Agreement and the relations between the parties are governed by the laws of the Russian Federation.
2. The Service and digital services
2.1. The Service is a music player that searches for and plays audio content from open third-party sources, with playlists, a library, personal recommendations, an AI assistant and social features: public profiles, follows and shared playlists.
2.2. The core features of the Service are free. The only paid offering is Spide Premium (“Premium”), access to extended app features for the paid period. The contents of Premium and its prices are published at spidemusic.com/premium.
2.3. Premium is an intangible digital service. After payment the extended features are switched on in the User’s account; no physical goods are delivered.
2.4. The Service does not host audio content on its own servers and does not own the rights to the content it plays. The value of the Service lies in convenient search and organisation of music, recommendations, playback quality, support and app updates, not in the exclusivity of any material.
2.5. The Service does not claim or guarantee that any material is unique or unavailable outside the Service.
3. Account
3.1. An account is required for the core features and for Premium. The User agrees to provide accurate information and not to share access to the account with third parties.
3.2. The User is responsible for all actions taken in their account.
3.3. Premium is attached to one account and cannot be transferred to another user.
4. Prices and payment
4.1. Premium is offered on the following plans:
- “Month”: 85 RUB for 1 month;
- “Year”: 899 RUB for 12 months;
- “Forever”: 1,999 RUB, a one-time payment with no time limit.
4.2. Current prices and the contents of Premium are shown at spidemusic.com/premium before payment. Prices are in Russian roubles.
4.3. How an order is placed:
- the User chooses a plan on spidemusic.com/premium or in the app;
- enters the username of the Spide account that should get Premium. In the app the account is taken from the signed-in session, so no username is needed;
- confirms acceptance of the Agreement and the Privacy Policy and proceeds to payment.
4.4. Payment is made on the secure payment page of the Lava payment service (lava.ru) using a method available there, for example a bank card or the Faster Payments System (SBP). In the app that page opens in a browser tab. The User enters card details on the payment service’s side; they are not passed to the Administration.
4.5. Every payment is one-time. There is no automatic renewal and no repeat charges: when the paid period ends, Premium is switched off and the free features remain available.
4.6. Once the payment service confirms the payment, Premium is connected automatically to the account named in the order, usually within a few minutes. The User sees the Premium status in the app (Settings → Premium). If Premium is not connected automatically, the Administration connects it manually within 24 hours after the payment is received.
4.7. The plan period starts when Premium is connected to the account.
4.8. The User is responsible for entering the correct username. If Premium is connected to another account because of a typo in the username, the Administration moves it to the right account at the User’s request to support.
4.9. Payment is confirmed by the order number the Service shows after payment and by the payment record in the payment service. The Service does not issue an electronic receipt.
4.10. For every order the Administration keeps the order number and the payment service invoice number, the account username, the plan, the amount, the date and time of payment and of Premium activation, and the history of the order status. These records confirm that the service was provided.
4.11. The “Forever” plan remains in effect for as long as the Service and the User’s account exist.
4.12. The Administration may change prices and the contents of Premium. New prices do not apply to a period that has already been paid for.
5. Refunds
5.1. Premium is an intangible digital service. Payments are refunded in the cases listed in clause 5.2, in the manner and within the time limits set out in this section.
5.2. Grounds for a refund. The User may request a refund if:
- Premium has not been connected to the account named in the order within 48 hours of payment;
- Premium features do not work because of a technical fault on the Service’s side and the Administration has not fixed it within 48 hours of the User contacting support;
- the same account was charged twice for the same period. In that case the repeat payment is refunded.
5.3. Refunds and plan changes on any other grounds are not provided. If Premium is connected and working, and the User has changed their mind, does not like the contents of Premium or has not used the paid features, the payment is not refunded.
5.4. Deadline for submitting a refund request. The request is sent to support within 14 calendar days of payment, by email to MusicSpide@gmail.com or on Telegram to @spidelond. The request states the order number or the username of the Spide account, the date, amount and method of payment, and the reason for the refund. Requests sent after this deadline are considered at the Administration’s discretion.
5.5. Time limit for reviewing a refund request. The request is reviewed within 24 hours of reaching support. The decision is sent to the User through the same channel the request came from. If additional information is needed to check the request, the Administration asks the User for it, and the review period starts again when the answer is received.
5.6. Time limit for the refund once the request is approved. If the request is approved, the money is returned within 72 hours of the refund decision. How long it then takes to appear in the User’s account depends on their bank and is outside the Administration’s control.
5.7. Where the money is returned. The refund is made through the Lava payment service to the details the payment came from: the same bank card or bank account, by the same method as the payment (bank card or the Faster Payments System, SBP). Refunds to other details, to another person or by any other method are not made.
5.8. The refund equals the amount actually paid. No payment service fee is withheld from the User.
5.9. Premium connected by a refunded payment is switched off automatically as soon as the payment service reports the refund, and the period granted by that payment is removed from the account.
5.10. The User agrees not to initiate a chargeback through a bank or payment system without contacting the Service’s support first.
5.11. If a payment is disputed, the Administration may give the bank and the payment service the order records from clause 4.10 and information on the use of Premium features. If a payment is reversed as a result of a dispute, Premium connected by that payment is switched off.
5.12. This section does not limit the User’s rights under Russian consumer protection law.
6. Rules of use
6.1. The Service is not intended to encourage, organise or facilitate unlawful activity.

7. Intellectual property
7.1. The app, the website, their design, logos and code belong to the Administration and are protected by intellectual property law.
7.2. Rights to audio content belong to their respective owners. The User may not copy, distribute, resell or pass Service materials to third parties without the rights holder’s permission.
7.3. A rights holder who believes their rights are infringed can contact support: MusicSpide@gmail.com or Telegram @spidelond. Requests from rights holders are handled as a priority.
7.4. Infringement of intellectual property rights may lead to restricted access to the Service without compensation.
8. Restriction of access
8.1. The Administration may suspend or restrict the User’s access to the Service, including Premium, in case of:
- a breach of this Agreement;
- detected abuse;
- requirements of the law or of payment providers.
8.2. Restriction of access does not release the User from obligations that arose earlier.
8.3. The Administration may refuse service to a User whose actions create increased risks for the Service, payment providers or third parties.
9. No warranties
9.1. The Service is provided “as is”.
9.2. The Administration does not guarantee:
- that the Service will meet the User’s expectations;
- uninterrupted and error-free operation of the Service;
- the availability of specific audio content, which depends on third-party sources and may change without notice.
9.3. The User makes all decisions about using the Service on their own and at their own risk.
10. Limitation of liability
10.1. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Administration is not liable for:
- indirect losses, including lost profit;
- loss of data;
- actions or omissions of third parties;
- temporary technical failures and access restrictions;
- content from third-party sources.
11. Privacy
11.1. The Administration processes the minimum data needed for the Service to work. How data is processed is described in the Privacy Policy: spidemusic.com/en/privacy.
11.2. The Administration takes reasonable measures to protect data but cannot guarantee absolute security of information sent over the internet.
12. Changes to this Agreement
12.1. The Administration may amend this Agreement.
12.2. The current version is published at spidemusic.com/en/terms and in the app (Settings → About).
12.3. Continued use of the Service after changes means the User accepts the new version.
13. Claims and contacts
13.1. Disputes are settled through a claim procedure first: the User sends a claim to support, and it is reviewed within 30 days. If no agreement is reached, the dispute goes to court under the laws of the Russian Federation.
13.2. Support: email MusicSpide@gmail.com, Telegram @spidelond, page spidemusic.com/support (in Russian). We reply within 24 hours.
By paying for Premium or continuing to use the Service, the User confirms that they have read this Agreement and accept it in full.
